Hi there,

Could anyone guide me please, I am having ILR status(granted in August 2013), my daughter is just born now (January 2014), can I apply straight away for her British Citizen Certificate by using MN1 form or can I wait till August 2014 and then apply with me, could you please let me know what would be the procedure if we apply together(I mean which from needs to be filled in and fess etc...)

Where was your daughter born? If in the UK them she is British now, no need to register just apply for her British passport.

She was born in London, but confused about what forms need to be filled and can I apply with me and how much fees?

A British Passport application which you can pick up at the Post Office.
