British Citizen with OCI - Work remotely from India?

Background -

I am a British citizen and hold OCI card currently employed with a UK based company on a permanent employment basis.

Query -

Is there a tax implication for me or the company if I were to work remotely from India for a couple of months ? Are there any other restrictions which I should be aware of ?
