British Citizenship application

Dear Sir/Madam,
I need urgent help from respected forum members.
My son applied his British Citizenship on 1 Jul 2023 and had Biometric on 1 Sep 2023 and now 3 Sep 2024 no approval or reply from home office. He sent 3-4 emails but no one to answer except generated reply. He was approached local MP 2 months ago and MP got generated reply only. He mentioned one driving 3 points in the application (no court involvements). No other offence he has. We are very upsets at the moment.
What he do now please?

viewtopic.php?f=42&t=343483 This will guide you on how to chase up the application. I have done it all and still waiting,it is indeed very frustration :(
