Hi guys... I need a help... I was on my tire1 entrepreneur visa I finessed my 10yrs legal stay and now I got my pr day before yesterday.... I have a daughter she is 3 years 3 months old, she born in uk on 16 Aug 2012. My quire are as follows
1. Do I need to apply for her Indian passport and then apply for her dependent visa and what are the requirements from my side to do so.

2. Do I have a chance to apply directly for her British passport what are the procedures to apply.


Please advice me

You did not get PR through the 10 year route, you got ILR.

You will need to register your child as a British citizen on Form MN1 before applying for a British passport. As she is born in the UK, she is entitled to be registered (i.e. it can not be refused).

Once you get a certificate of registration, you can then apply for the British passport for her.
