Wanderer, why an ulterior motive? People are allowed to have aspirations to be British.
bibou100, your wife got PR status automatically after exercising Treaty Rights in the UK for 5 years, and given she got PR status more than one year ago, she is entitled to apply for Naturalisation now.
Has she ever submitted a form EEA3 to get confirmation of her PR status? If not, she should not submit one now but when she submits the form AN she will need to submit proof of exercise of Treaty Rights for at least 6 years.
i want choose this way bcz if i will apply for eea2 i can not work in 6 or 7 months and maybe more . how i can live without work ? bcz the application of eea 2 take long time.
Have you already submitted the form EEA2? If not, why not? Also your ability to work should not be affected by any delay in UKBA dealing with your Residence Card application, and if it is and UKBA have breached EU Regulations, you can sue them for damages.
