British Citizenship for Wife and baby due in June

Hi,

Thanks to guru in forum, I have got approval letter for my british citizenship and schedule for ceromony on 01/05/2019.

My wife was on Tier-2 ICT dependent and got her ILR in Jan-2019(she entered UK in Septermber-2012). Can she apply for british citizenship now or she has to wait for 1 year from her ILR? If yes will it be same process as me.

Also we are expecting baby in June-2019 to be born in UK and wanted to process for her as well?

She can apply once you are British, ie after you have attended your ceremony, if she meets the requirements.

Not sure why you think the baby birth has any relevance.

If the child is born in the UK, it will be a British citizen automatically as at least one of the parents (in this case both) are settled in the UK (have ILR).

Apply for a passport directly. A child born in the UK to ILR or British parents is automatically British.

Are below documents fine for my wife?

1) Filled Form
2) Passport & ILR
3) 2 Reference with British passport - Both are director of own limited company
4) Like in UK test number -pass certificate
5) English Language - NARIC Red Route
6) My British Citizenship naturalisation certificate

Should I include her payslips and employment letter or anything else?

Yeah, we have filled online form and have appointment for biometric on 24/05/2019. Are above documents fine?
