I verified this, but as of now the requirements for group 3 still ask for both parents passport at the time of conception.secret.simon wrote:The latest guidance notes (dated September 2015) have been completely rewritten to remove all references to the date of conception, except in the case of children born via assisted reproduction.
My question is: i was born on 1992 and those passports have gone been extinct. What do i do?
My birth certificate states that my parents were married and my father was a residence citizen in Venezuela.
And i can still show my parents marriage certificate.
Will i do better and get my passport faster if i applied from Brazil or other country either group 1 or 2.?
