AN form Section 9 & 3

Hi members,
I'm trying to get answers of my questions but I think the questions are getting ignored because of long Topics. I'm about to send me form and I really need the answers of my questions. And I will be thankful if you people can give me a minute.

could somebody tell me please that what does it mean by

SECTION 9 Joint applications
• Marriage or civil partnership certificate

The very last page of AN form.

I was married with EEA national, got divorced before getting PR. Got married again.

1st Question) Do I have to attach my previous Marriage Certificate? or Divorce Certificate? or nothing?

2nd Question) Do I have to attach my recent marriage certificate?

Note: I'm applying the Citizenship for myself, after getting PR through EEA-family member route.

3rd-A Question)

SECTION 3 Evidence of lawful residence during the 5 years
• Letters from employers, educational establishments or other Government Departments indicating presence in UK

what does it mean by other Government Departments indicating presence in UK??

3rd-B Question) Can I use my Bank statements and salary-slips of last 5 years to show lawful residence during the 5 years?
