Did your wife also apply for settled status or did she have PR?

My understanding is that as she has recently got ILR settled status, she has to wait 12 months on ILR as do you before applying for citizenship.

thanks for reply .We want to apply on basis of her permanent residence document which is dated oct 2017 and not on basis of her recent ILR

1. Why did she apply for settled status if shr was planning to apply for citizenship?

2. You can't apply with her until either she is already British or you have waited 12 months.
