MY SELF, WIFE AND TWO CHILDERN ARE HAVE ILR.
WE WOULD LIKE TO APPLY BC FOR MY SONS AGED 19, 13. MY SELF AND WIFE LIKE TO BE AS AN INDIAN CITIZENS. CAN MY CHILDERN ALONE APPLY FOR BRITISH CITIZENSHIP?. COULD ANY ONE CLARIFY?

yes, they can! if they lived on ILR for over 1 year.

(Assuming the children are born abroad) - I disagree.

The 19 years old can apply for naturalisation as an adult if he meets all the standard requirements (5 years of residence etc).

The 13 years old child can't apply for registration as BC if his parents don't apply for BC (well, he can apply but his application is likely to fail).
