Does anyone know when does the status change ONLINE after "Declaration form received, being processed". Sent mine Online to Glasgow office on the 18th.

Have not heard anything since nor have received the documents back?

Would like to share few points before you decide how to send your application:

Check & Send does not provide you with a tracking number so you won't know whether/when it actually delivered or not.

When you fill your application by hand your application is scanned by the scanner and your postcode can be scanned incorrectly ( that happened to me that's why there was such a delay ,my initial interview was supposed to be on 15 of January) - therefore always make sure that your original documents sent back by secure delivery ( £3 extra)

But online option seems to be the longest to take ( by checking online timelines from this forum)

Whichever option you take , I wish you good luck !

Date of Passport Receipt: 29/01/2014 (Luckily the passport was dropped through the door, otherwise would have missed it....there was no one to collect the passport when they delivered, so it was just dropped through the letter box)

You are better off calling them on 03002220000 get you reference no and call 03002221000 to book your interview.

You are better off calling them on 03002220000 get you reference no and call 03002221000 to book your interview.

Thanks a lot for your reply. Since I applied online, I have the application reference numbers for all four applications available with me. This means I should call 03002221000 directly and book the interview. I do not think children will go through interviews as well.
