Just a note on TNT, I paid extra for them to return my supporting documents as well. The online link for my passport delivery updated yesterday, with today's date as the delivery. This morning I received an email from TNT that they were delivering today. So not a lot of warning - make sure to keep checking the tracking details every day! Then I almost missed the delivery this morning because I didn't hear when they rang the bell, but that's another story... Thanks to all the moderators and everyone posting their timelines, it's been super useful!! Now a big sigh of relief and good luck to everyone!!

The Bootle is the slowest one in my opinion, keep waiting..... Wait for the natrusaltion then wait for the passport then wait for the documents to be sent back.. then wait for the renewal of the other passport..

I was expecting the name change for British passport to be a quick process - standard 4 weeks time but it looks like Bootle HMPO is really slow since its been 14 working days and my application isn't even in process stage .
