I had to go to the London Passport Office to basically cry there to get this moving forward. If your documents are in Durham office, you have all reasons to worry about your application if it is over 10 weeks. Just call the helpline press 8 and 3 in order to talk to someone to get a meaningful update.

Visited London office last week and was told that my application was in Durham while I submitted it to Bootle.
