British passport for British citizen child born in India

Is anyone waiting for their child’s passport?

We have been waiting over 6 months now and it hasn’t been a good experience for us!

V r in a similar situation and still waiting 6+ months . Applied for r daughter s passport end of Dec .had interview in Feb ..
All they seem to say to overseas checks r going on !!??!!
