Bootle is Liverpool where your application will/might be processed - clearly payment processing is handled by the Durham office. I don't think there's anything to worry about.

Hello everyone,

Quick question I received my passport last week on on the 15 it was approved on the 10th. But there is is no sign of my documents I paid extra for secured delivery.
I do keep checking the tnt tracking but only shows passport tab. I know there be a delay but how long should I give. Recent timeline tread shows documents received same day or few days apart. Should I be worried or ring them? My application was in Peterborough.
Many thanks and appreciate any of your experience or advice.

Thank you Culinan, thank God received it today, The naturalisation certificate folded in the middle from the sides :(
My question please if you or anyone knows, will I need naturalisation certificate for my uk passport renewal in 10 years time, or it just for my records now I guess the fold crease won't mater?

Hi,
I have applied for first UK passport and sent my supporting documents for 3 application together along with cover letter.
However 'document received' status has been updated only for 1 application and other 2 applications are still in 'send docuement' state.

Were you required to send all applications to the same address?
Have you contacted the HMPO helpline? https://www.gov.uk/passport-advice-line
