Can I apply British citizenship?

Hi

I received ILR on the basis of Long residency. I sent this application in Aug12 and received it back on 3rd of May 2013 dated 1st May 2013.

My question is when will I be eligible to apply for naturalisation as a British Citizen? Do i have to be one year on ILR before I can apply which will be after 1st of May or I can apply 28 days before one year finishes.

28 day rule does not apply for naturalization. I believe you can apply on 01.05.2014.
I am sometimes wrong.
