The mistake was about date of first arrival in the UK, I put the right day, the right year but the month was wrong, I put May 2005 instead of August 2005..

Is this something that can corrected without withdrawing the application? Yes, address this in a cover note or letter and submit same during biometrics appointment.

Only the passport(s) which cover the residency period.
My BC partner has previously been married which was dissolved in 2012, before our marriage in 2012. do I need to include the divorce certificate of her previous marriage along with our marriage certificate for naturalisation as I am applying through the spouse of a BC optionOmoba18 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 01, 2023 12:37 pmokay thanks noted.alterhase58 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 01, 2023 12:19 pmPlease stay with your topic - makes moderating and replying easier if all are in one (your own) thread ....

ok thanks for your responsealterhase58 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 01, 2023 1:42 pmNo - spouses prior divorce certificate not required. What matters is that you are married to British spouse when you gained ILR. Spouse prior history is irrelevant to your application.
Include marriage certificate and spouse passport bio page.
