Same here: I got the acknowledgment today, filled the reference code and got "not recognized".

I can also confirm that refreshing the page several times a day does not speed up the process

use your royal mail tracking number. it will work

I tried it using the home office reference number I got on my biometric enrolment letter and it worked.

This is for a naturalisation application I made in Feb 2017 which was approved. I got the letter mid-May and the online status reflects a decision being made in early May.

Can you confirm that the date of decision on the LETTER is the same as the one showing up online (when decision made)?

Mine had different dates online vs the approval letter. The date indicated on the site is about 3 days prior to the date on the approval letter I received. Interestingly enough, the date of the decision on the website fell on a Sunday. I have a feeling they made the decision even earlier in that week and the website was only updated over the weekend, perhaps in a batch. Which means I only found out about the approval 2 to 3 weeks after it was decided!

What was it suppose to say then if not "awaiting decision"? What reference number did you use to track your application if you haven't receive case id?

I tried my case ID but its not working at all. Saying try another number.

Do you have your Royal Mail tracking number? or even the reference number from HO letter? You can even try with your BRP number to see (although mine listed the time when my PR was approved).

"our ref" mentioned on my nautralisation application acknowledge receipt letter (received via post) is same as that shown in my ILR approval letter.

When i input the "our ref" on the website, my status shown as
"Awaiting a decision Application status updated on 25 May 2017".

You stated in another post that you received an email - does it not say the standard "your application has been received and is being considered?" This is the same as "Awaiting Decision", is it not?

Yeah I received an email on 5th of May 2017 which was all I have received from HO.

I applied April 26th , HO received 28th April and my fee for Naturalisation and passports have been taken and I gave my biometrics 3.5 weeks ago. Tracking says awaiting decision updated 25 May 2017. Good luck all

Obviously..depends whenever decision will be made, it will change.

Home office need to update their systems every quarterly to submit Statistics Quarterly Report. so They have updated the system on 25th May ....From my understanding the online status is not accurate.

kindly use / try the reference from the letter you received acknowledging the fee payment for your naturalization application.

Mine is 4 month now still showing awaiting decision how long to wait and have been suspended at work bcs of late decision

What did you apply for? If naturalisation, why have u been suspended at work even with ILR or PR?

"Your application has been considered and is awaiting a decision.
The order of the status is Open, Awaiting a decision and Decided."

Note: This online service seems trail version.
