Citizenship Application Atlas Email

Just want to provide some information which didn't see anyone mentioned before.

Today I received invition from Atlas, but it was sent to a different email address - the email address I used for ILR application. It's a different one from the on I used for citizenship application.

Council invitation email was sent to my current email address (used for citizenship application) on last Saturday.

I have no idea why they sent notification to a different email address other than the one I filled in the application form. So if you haven't received your decision probably better also check your other mailbox. If you ever used a solicitor ask them to keep an eye on your emails as well.

I think probably that's why some people kept waiting until their certificates were returned and never received the email, because the email went to their previous solicitors.

Thank you. Just want to post here to let people know this does happen. I can't believe how they sent notifications to a different email address other than the one on the application form. Hope this helps others if this happens again.
