Many thanks for your advice. I hope you got a reply from the HO regarding your reconsidation ?
I am discussing my case with my solicitor and will see what he will decide . As you know, I can not force him to do something he is not satisfying to do.
I will keep updating you if anything new appears....

Nice to hear you. I haven't hear anything from the HO. Last update from them was that they are going to review my case and the Expert Report and they mentioned that it may takes uo to 9 months in normal circumences which just 3 months passed at this time.
As sooon as I get any update from the HO, I will update you in here.
Also on the JR, court responded to my claim in about 4 weeks so you may get a respond from the Court soon but to be hunest it is depend on the situation and how busy is your local Court.
Hope You will get a respond soon and I will be very thankful if you updae me as well please.

Many thanks for your reply. I hope you will get your passport soon . I will keep updating you as soon as I get a reply. So as I understood that your case became like you are applying for the first time , ie they will look again at your application and that takes 6 months or a little more on the website info. I think you drooped the JR claim without a refund ?!

Thank you very much. Yes I droped my JR claim with no refund and that is why which I told you that it is better to send them a final PAP and give them enough time to repond because if you give them enough time and if the HO respond on time then you make a JR claim, in a case like mine then you could get your money back from the HO but in my case because there wasn't enough time and the HO didn't respond before the JR claim so I couldn't get my money back.

For my case I am still waiting a Judge decision to my JR. I got reply from the HO which is unfortunately repeating the same refusal reasons. My barrister reply to these reasons by sending the letter to the ADMINISTRATIVE COURT and I am waiting the Judge decision.

I do not know how long the Judge will take to make a decision on my JR ?

Also I am wondering whether the Judge will make his decision according to both replys or he may Forward the barrister reply to HO to see their response again fisrt before make his decision ?

I hope somebody can also have answers to questions here ?

Hi Hafid
Did the HO refused your application again before your JR Claim or after please?
By the law no body even the Court can not push the HO to Naturalise some body who they refused their application before. The Judge just can ask the HO to reconsider their application again which in my case when I claimed for JR and before the Judge's decision the HO offered me to reconsider my application again but made on no order as to costs basis. It means that I don't need to pay them to reconsider my case and also they don't pay me my costs.

That is a good news and hopefully it will lead to a good result. Normally applications that the Court grants permission has got a good merit to win. Good luck

I am still waiting for the Ho response. My application didn't proceed for permission because the HO offered to reconsider my application before permission but in your case the court granted permission and you need to be ready for a judge's decision.
Hope you will get a good result soon.

Hi Maximlan,

Sorry to hear that they refused your application again. I can feel that. It so painful. I think now you should make a new JR application with same expert report and do not give up.I knew it takes time and cost but we are all in the same boat. For my case I am still waiting the Judge decision after attending hearing last month. I hope I will get a happy result but if not, still I can make an appeal keep on.
