I got approval on 15th of Jan and am still waiting for invitation whilst people who were approved after me have already received their Invitations. I wrote when I was waiting for my approval for more than 8 months and my approval came after that , I guess if you wait till next week Friday hopefully you will get it or may be you get it earlier . I guess your letter have been issued on 31st March or 1st April . Bec home office post via 2nd class so it will take about 8-10 days. Excluding Easter bank holidays. I got approved 9th February still waiting and hopefully I will get my letter next week . I have written my council registry they said nothing has come on my name.

Hi mate, can you please let me know the contact details via which you are in contact with the home office. All I can find is a number and email on the gov website. I emailed them but got no reply. I called the number and it doesn’t go through to the home office directly and instead goes to a contact center. I spoke to 2 blokes both gave me different fairy tales. One said my letter was dispatched on the 26th of March without checking even my name, I don’t know how he got that information. The other one said it may have been dispatched and takes 10 working days to 2 weeks and I have to wait. Today my postman came and I asked him how long it should take and he said not more than 3 days and if I’ve not received it by now it’s not been sent or even worse it’s lost. Everyone who applied in January or February 2021 are getting everything done they almost done with their ceremonies
Its just us who applied in December 2020
I have applied on 31st dec 2020
N did my biometrics on 3rd feb
Still got nothing just waiting
I wish i also applied in January 2021

I will do so finger crossed. Yesterday the council message me they have got my certificate and I was happy but this morning they called me that unfortunately it wasn’t mine that came in. Even i am waiting for my ceremony letter as well - i got my approval on 9th February, I'm hoping that i also get the letter by next week or so (worst to worst by April end)
I had contacted my council and they said the same that they didn't receive anything yet

I was approved in Feb and haven't received my invitation yet. Emailed Hounslow Council, called back next two days later and offered free virtual ceremony for 7th April, thanks to this forum I requested for private ceremony...£125 for 26th January.
Virtual ceremony....took less than 15 minutes. Picked up certificate 5 mins after ceremony. All done now...I'm over the moon. good luck to all who are waiting. Thanks Cullinan and all moderators. Where is Obie? He was very helpful in my EEA journey
can I ask you, since I'm with Hounslow council as well.. still waiting for the invitation but if you do a private ceremony at Hounslow council, is it just you and maybe a guest? do they take a photo with a portrait with the Queen, do they give you anything besides the certificate ?

I just received the naturalization certificate and welcome from them.....hand delivered. Good luck
