Proof of Residency

Post by SohaibAli » Sun Mar 10, 2019 3:00 pm

Hello, i am about to apply for British Citizenship.
To support my application i have proved my pakistani passport that has just expired and covers past 5 years from date of application. I have also sent my Biometric Resident Card too. In order to make sure i meet all the requirements i have sent my college qualifications, 1 from 2013, 1 from 2014 and 1 from 2015. I have also attached my BSC Business Degree which was awarded in July 2018 by University of Manchester. As my passport is expired i thought to myself that i would have to supply evidence for proof of residency after july 2018 so i have provided my job seekers allowance letter stating i started recieiving it from september 2018 till now and wage slips from my match day role at Man Utd and a letter confirming i have been in casual employment with the club for past 2 and half years. Is this sufficient evidence?

Lastly to prove freedom of immigration i do not have a letter confirming indefinate leave to remain as i wasnt supplied with one. However i have attached my BMR permit. Is that enough?

Please Help.

Your evidence should be sufficient - your BRP card is proof of freedom from immigration restrictions.

You need complete the form. If you feel you need to explain something, do it in a brief way and not a long running 10 page letter.

HO has your FULL immigration history and probably more information about you than you think.
