Some applications are much more straight-forward, and therefore quicker to approve, than others.

Good to know that so far three applications submitted in Dec 13 are much more "straight-forward" than a whole raft of late Oct & Nov 2013 applications. Hmmm! I tell you, you never know the HO ways menh!

considering these time lines, it would be quiet right to hope for Jan application approvals towards end of Feb.

Thanks to all the members of this board which had a wealth of information to support the entire journey

The December applications seemed to have gone quiet.
I'm guessing they are now busy considering the applications.

I had sent a special delivery envelope with my application through NCS, just so that the approval can get to me faster.

When I went for lunch this afternoon, I found a brown envelope at the doorstep which got my heart racing. When I opened the envelope I found a letter saying special delivery envelope is not required since I applied through NCS, also got the special delivery envelope attached inside the envelope.

The letter was dated 10th February, does this mean they are now considering my case?
