Guys, I wont worry too much about what the customer service centre folks say, so far these are some of the common terms used by them that people have reported or flagged;

1. In Progress
2. Pending
3. Incomplete
4. Very progressive
5. Not yet assigned
6. Not on the system
7. Can take up to six months etc.

So dont be disturbed collipu.

Not getting through to an advisor on that number today, either option 2 or 3, some lady just says all advisors are busy and the call gets disconnected. Anyone else trying with more luck? Am I doing the right things?
