For the amount of money they charge, 6 months is not good enough, I am afraid. They should be providing a much better service than they do currently.

I can only sympathise with everyone here. I have waited a full six months for my Indefinitely Leave to Remain without ringing UK Border Agency Customer Service line once for an update. Why can’t a lot of people here do the same? Remember you always have a choice. If you are not happy with Government then you can always choose this leave this country by voting with your feet. It saves you from all the headache and the expensive fee you have to pay.

I do not mean to be rude at all, and will all due respect Slchoong, not everyone is in the same boat. Some people are relaxed as there are no other pressing concerns, others on the contrary may have other bigger things resting on these applications.

As a case in point, most people here would have gone for an in-person PEO appointment as opposed to waiting 6 months for ILR, that should give you some perspective on how the rest of the world may think differently from you about some things.

This is exactly what I wanted to say...

from the posts, what I can see is that the majority of people are obviously legally here with an ILR, have very good degreesand work. Also again the majority haven't sent their passports so that means they are free to travel.

Don't take me wrong but just show some patience, we are almost there and 99% sure your applications will be approved either this month or next month.

Please stop nagging :D

For what it's worth, when I called them the other day they said my application was 'not complete'.

Progress, I suppose. ;)

Guess another weeks wait or so looking at royal mail times for second class post at the moment.
"2nd Class Post" - got this info from Royal Mail's website " 2nd Class mail will deliver your letters and parcels in two or three working days, including Saturdays". Please don't hold your breath based on this info, I've seen 13days delivery timeline on this forum for 2nd class post, refer to p2kin's approval info.

It is certainly possible, jotter has been appealing for quite some time for some one to come forward & carry on work that we both did for Oct & Nov applicants. Unfortunately, we both are Nov applicants, so we kept records till Nov end.

All you need is data collection, formatting, updating, we both (jotter & I) came up with some tool that helps with preparing such kind of graphs that we have been sharing.

Again, Any takers to carry on beacon started by Jotter & I for Dec onward applicants?
