Yes,

I called them at about 12-00 today and they said that a decision has been made, didnt let me know on the phone what it was. My heart is going to beat at double the rate till I see the brown envelope. Praying.

Thanks pal, I am sure you will receive your approval soon too, from your previous posts I know its in the post :). From my case and rikken's case you can see how reliable royal mail second class delivery is, so keep your fingers crossed :).

For me the journey is just beginning, next step ceremony, then passport application.

Good luck TTOE and vengud123, keep us in the loop.

Also congratulations to rikken, glad to know it ended on a happy note after all the mishaps with the fee debit etc. Good luck for your next steps.

Thanks! Same here I expected it to drag out a bit longer. I requested a different council for the ceremony as to where I live so hopefully that gets sorted out OK.

Also nice to know that requesting the return of passport made no difference to the timeframes, which is contrary to a lot of the opinions on this board.
