Different first name - middle name order of father's name

Dear,

I'm Vietnamese and my full name in passport is "Surname Middlename Firstname".

When I registered the birth certificate for my child, I put my name as "Firstname Middlename Surname".

However, in other documents including ILR application, I put my name as "Middlename Firstname Surname". Actually, I filled 'firstname' in the forms as 'Middlename Firstname'. I was told that is the correct way to fill the names so that they match with my passport.

So, my question is that will I have a problem when registering my child as British citizenship because my fullname in his birth certificate isn't identical with the name in my ILR certficate (different order of middlename and firstname)?
