Well. Regarding ur situation it's straight forward. I am same as u director of a company and taking salaried payment on PAYE. I went through a reputed solicitor. I submitted only last year SA form saying self employed and Director for the named company. You should have a general PAYE number for ur company. Put this one in the Form. Don't submit P60 etc. They are not needed.
