It is the case number with 0 in the beginning. 0xxxxxxxx

Don't they have online system where you can book yourself?
Hi Slack, thank you for your response, the lady in the phone told me too it starts with 0 but my case number starts with number, do I have to add 0 in beginning?

And no unfortunately they only way you can book with them is via phone

Hi guys

After nearly 9mnths on friday l received an email from CT6 Contact to submit a new B1 English Language Test since the other one has now expired. Does anybody know whether this is the final stages of me getting a decision.

Hi Muleya

This means that it is now with a case worker and this should be the last stage when a decision is fo be taken .. hopefully if he/she didn't ask for more document, a decision should be taken as soon as you send what is requested.

All the best

Guys what happens to ILR if naturalisation application is refused for whatever reason? I think I made a mistake and didn’t provide my full
Work history. I registered a company about 9 yrs ago but never done any business and at the time of application I thought it was not necessary to mention but now I think I should have. I am going abroad for 2 weeks next month and if my application is rejected because of deception (thinking about the worst) then will that affect my ILR or re-entry to UK?

ILR is not affected if naturalisation application is refused. If you made a mistake write or email to UKVI explaining the correct details. Remember employment is not a pre-requisite for naturalisation, and a small mistake will not count against "good character" assessment.
ILR is given under immigration rules, citizenship comes under separate nationality law.
This is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.
Please do not send me private messages asking for advice.

Good morning
I applied on January 2019 and still waiting, yesterday day I received this email :
We have received your application and biometric enrolment. Your case has been validated and allocated to a case working team. Your case is currently undergoing case worker action to ensure it meets the necessary requirements that will enable us to make a decision on it. When a decision has been made you will be notified.

Yours sincerely

Home Office
Is that means my application is with the case worker,?, and how long it usually take with the case worker till get decision ?
Thank you
Please any one can help?, am a bit confused and worried.
Thank you

Hi everyone.

I have submitted my application on 04 Dec and received an email acknowledging my application on 05 Dec 2019.

I have enquired the Nationality team via email but no response. I was not allowed to ask questions in the timeline thread but I believe i can ask here.

I have seen that some people state in their timeline that no decision letter and ceremony invitation letter received but they have booked the ceremony. I haven’t been to see if they have been informed by email. Does the Home Office notify the decision by email?
Thanks

Hi Albanian 33 , some people may get a reply to their request about the process of their application , so the HO reply may include that the application is approved and a letter is sent
Following that if the council is contacted , they may have the certificate and the ceremony can be booked.

This email will be only a reply from the Nationity team

Good luck

I have what should be a fairly straightforward question:
Do I need to update my settled status passport details before I can apply for citizenship?

I have had settled status for almost a year and I will be able to apply for citizenship in a couple of weeks.
However, I have replaced my passport and my settled status is associated with the old one. To update it I need to send my actual physical passport through snail mail to Liverpool and wait weeks for it to come back.
