Good Character: pending VAT correction & NCS English docs

I will be applying for naturalization in March and have two questions, please could you help?

1. Good character Requirement - I am director of limited company and submitted my final accounts recently but HMRC has raised objection as VAT was filed incorrectly. As such I have paid everything but their accounts has some VAT balance for which I have sent correction form. My question is if VAT doesn't get corrected by March (before my application), will it impact my application?

2. I am planning to use NCS and only have Degree & PBS printout to prove Englaish language requirement. I read NCS doesn't accept PBS printout, could you please advise which NCS accept this or someway to convince NCS for PBS printout?
