Hey with 10yrs + ILR and good character what do you expect? I wish you all the best with your application. The fastest person I've seen was in December 2014 - they got a response, approval and ceremony letter in 2 weeks

yes, It was the best thing especially as it was a memorial and I needed good news. When did you apply, did you do it yourself or used NCS?

Waiting time in letter states 6 months. But might need my passport for urgent travel. Can anyone let me know when is the earliest existing passport can be requested, without withdrawing application?

UPDATE: Application denied as it said that I didnt meet "Good character". This is because of how I got my ILR after qualifying for IRL when I overstayed on my first visa. That was 14 years ago. They have kept all the money and I DONT qualify to appeal. I can apparently reapply in 3 years(2018)
