There is no exact time that how long will it take, I think it's like a lottery system they just put hand in a box a pull a random application out, there are people applied in august and already got there approvals also there are people in march still waiting.Vb2015 wrote:Hi All, New user to immigration board. Not sure how they process application, Ive had one job, same address, no offences, nothing at all but still waiting, but I agree with you shorter residency is quicker like people married with BB are getting their approval quicker compare to other catalogues in august some one been approved in 7 weeks . if you have 10 years old residency and case requires more details to look into it it will eventually end up taking longer period of time
for example the straight forwarded cases were those who have simple and straight forward documents no offenses no court hearings, no change of jobs, tax code change, change of address, personal life circumstances and many more
everything thing requires special consideration to process the application
so obviously time is the factor..but you cant do anything
so wait for better outcome

It's ridiculous, but nowt we can do about it. Ugh...and I just saw that someone who applied beginning September just received their approval (happy for them). Seems like most of us have to wait at least 5 months before receiving...I just hope it'll be no longer than the six months especially where we are at the run-up to Christmas time. 11th June application under spouse of uk citizen. I'm still waiting too. Total lottery I agree- especially when August approvals are coming through yet there's still people waiting from March/April/may/june

Alhamdolilah the wait is over for my wife, received a letter to send the English language certificate for my daughter which was sent on the next day , so she is the only one left. Hopefully receive her soon as well.
