I wanna say, thanks a billion to all the awesome people here in this forum. Your help is very much appreciated! Good luck to everyone waiting for a decision.

Just to let people know that I had two SP30s on my driving licence. One from 3 years ago that just expired and one just before I submitted my application this year. And thank God all went well.

Also, what I think helped speed up the decision is that I uploaded my documents straight after I submitted my application which may have given the case worker time to make a provisional decision before I submitted my biometric data 5 days ago!

Aberdeen City Council did a great job getting up to speed with huge backlog. Due to Covid restrictions, the ceremony is attended by 10 applicants and no guests. But happy to complete the journey after living 13 years in UK (left for more than 2 years and hence residency clock was reset when came back)
