MN1 (registration) application processing timelines (only)

i was asked to bring

1. Full birth certificate of the Child born in UK.
2. BRP (ILR)
3. Marriage Certificate

when i went there, she told me she made a mistake by asking the marriage certificate, as we were married abroad so it is not needed.

Please advise what can be done to check. I have checked tracking that file got delivered to homeoffice next day though.
