Thank you all, especially aman90, for helps regarding this journey. Your contributions make this forum incredibly helpful for inexperienced members like me. Several observations that might be useful for all:
- Waiting time starts from the date you submit your application. Biometrics date is irrelevant so you don't need to pay for early slots if free slots available in 2-3 weeks.
- If you email home office for updates and don't get reply, it means they have nothing to update you. But if your application was processed, they would update immediately. My case, I got reply just 10 mins after sending (NationalityFrontEndTechnicalSpecialists@homeoffice.gov.uk)
- Try to search for information here to get the best experience/lessons. Solicitors may make mistake sometimes as they are human.
- Openness and honesty should help. If you are in doubt of something, just declare it or write in additional information section or cover letter.
- After you have submitted the application, you don't need to inform things that are not significant such as FPNs unless you are convicted. This is confirmed by the HO's helpline as well as members here. But they do suggest if you want to be open, just inform them - it should help in case you have made mistakes somewhere in your application.

Hi ilovethebeatles, I had a reply to my email today from the Further Nationality Enquiries team, which states ‘The application has had a decision made on it and it was sent out on the 27th January, this may take up to 21 working days to arrive. If it has not arrived by then please contact us.’ No mention of the outcome!
Did your reply had an indication of the outcome as you mentioned in the post?
Thanks
