UPDT 22/09/20: 51weeks and counting........Just when all hope is at its lowest, I received an email from UKBA advising me to submit an "acceptable CEFR Speaking and Listening English test taken within the last 2 years." At this point I'm rather bemused coz I'd already submitted the exact English test which I took in 2016. I don't understand why I'm required to resit the same test considering my command of English language has not deteriorated since 2016 Anyway I booked and re-sat the English test again. Now waiting to see what happens next

my application was not straightforward at all. I thought they will refuse me . My EEA RC expired in 2015 and because i was not living with EU SPONSOR and because She stopped working i couldn't renew or apply PR so From 2014 - July 2019 i didn't have any status . And on my naturusation application i didn't include anything related to my ex wife. Normally you have to under new nationality guidence issued from May 2020 for EEA family member with EU SETTLED ststus
