04 Nov 2011 Called HO and spoke to a human being(polite one) She said the money was taken from the account on the 1st NOV and a letter is in the post 2nd class. Weird thing is its not showing up on the account? Also she said its waiting to be dealt with by a CW and can take 3-6 months and confirmed that is the waiting time and the moment.
