Hi Dino99, I have applied 22 May, also waiting. I havent seen anyone receiving who had applied in may, however, people applied in june have already received. hope to hear soon.

Unfortunately, I am in the same position. Applied via NCS Bromley on 08.05.2013. I have sent an email to UKBA to enquire if they have sent me any further communication after the acknowledgement letter as i am concerned that it might have been lost in post. ...No reply yet !
I also spoke to Bromley council to enquire if they receive a list of those who have been approved...no they don't !

I was hoping to get the approval in time to get the passport before flying to Denmark by the end of August

I think I have nothing that I can do but waiting and waiting.

We applied on April 18th through NCS Cambridge and the fees was taken on April 22nd. No news as yet. Has anyone else been waiting for as long as us? We have also emailed UKBA and received no reply so far. Has anyone else been able to make contact with UKBA and get a response?

I have applied 2nd of May mate and still waiting. Did you sent them any email yet. I did and reply was this case is ongoing.

I applied early this month and didn't include a special-delviery envelope with my application. I received my acknowledgement letter this morning. Is it worth sending a self-addressed special delivery envelope to the naturalisation team now and asking them to send the outcome in this envelope, or should I just bear the wait? I have noticed it is taking 10-12 days for second-class post outcome letters to be sent.

Applied on the 10th of April 2013 and received knowledgement letter on the 16th of April 2013 and still waiting...

From acknowledgment (26/06) to approval (05/07) was 8 WORKING DAYS!! I'm so happy and I would have never thought they would approve so fast!

I showed the minimum amount of papers. Between 2007 and 2010 just employment and between 2010 and 2013 both several employments and self employment. For self employment and employment I only showed the summary made by HMRC with company details start and end dates and how much I earned and paid + HMRC paper stating when I started self-employment and all years I've been self employed+that I'm still self -employed and employed. No other details provided in relation to self employment: no receipts/invoices, website, etc. So HMRC papers are taken in very high consideration.
Nothing else also in relation to my addresses. As the HMRC paper includes the companies number, it seems they don't need proof of address.
Just filled the form, added the HMRC paper, passport, life in the uk test (original) and got this record fast approval.

I really recommend NCS as they are very good at helping + you'll keep the documents. Newbury was first class!

Two weeks exactly since sent it - now waiting for the invitation!

The documents and approval letter were sent back in our self-addressed special delivery envelope. We have a theory about this - make sure you buy the A4 size envelope. Sounds silly, but they might be reluctant to fold your documents or letters, which might be why some people get their stuff back 2nd class despite including a SD envelope.
