You should contact them through email or phone. Because fees should have been taken by now!

I have phoned them twice and emailed them twice. The last reply to my email came back from them on 13/10/2013 on which they said wait another 3 weeks.

I know this for sure that if they still not process it in the next 3 weeks I would have to wait till 6 months before it can be escalated untill then the helpdesk will keep sending me those answers on their templates back to me.....

Don't know whom to believe?
Hi Kibria,
the Nationality Help desk, the actual ones dealing with ur case and then upload the decision on the system for advisers to see. so hopefully from the posts I have been reading you get a letter 2 days after an email.
so good luck and wish all the best !!
Hi
TO be honest I don't know what is actually happening. I sent a follow up email re confirming the decision and I got a reply that there was mistake sending me the email and no decision has been made,

I sent another email yesterday and got a reply that decision has been made. I called PEO again and they said no decision has been made. I then followed it up with another email today asking for reconfirmation and have received response no decision has been made. So contradicting messages all over. What's even more confusing is that towards the end of the email they have written that on 31st October a decision letter regarding my indefinite leave to remain application was posted. I am just wondering how on earth I got this message as this is naturalisation application I am asking about and they are coming back to be on ILR that I never applied for :) I got my ILR in December 2011?

Clueless

yah that is fine the NCS take copies of all your originals certify the copies then they give you back all the originals. that is the whole idea of NCS that you do not have to send your originals and wait for them for up to 6 months

From reading the forums, kinda wish I applied earlier so the damn payment can go through! A dreaded waiting game by checking bank balance online for the last 25 days!!!

19/11/2013 - Finally the dreaded payment has gone through!! Joy at last!! But not showing who it's taken by on my online statement yet but minus £874 = job done!!

Good news indeed, mine was received on the 22nd Oct, so hopefully "the dreaded payment" will go through tomorrow or Thursday. This is very encouraging. Thanks for sharing

Naturalisation

Post by kasi1411gopinath » Tue Nov 19, 2013 5:42 pm

HI,

I applied my naturalisation on 2nd October 2013 through NCS in Miltonkeynes with my children application. I did not received approval letter from the Home office so far.

In 2008 to 2010, I have been deputed to Saudi Arabia through my employer like an assignments, the absence was 484 days. My employer provided all the necessary supporting documents and payroll was in the UK and Paid off the tax during that period. I got approved my ILR with the same situation last year.

I sent an email request couple of times, they replied "no decision has yet been made on your application".

I am upset now.. What to do now?...

Have you had an acknowledgement letter? Or has the HO taken your money? Based on what we are seeing in the forums, approvals for your date are only around 50% or less complete so far, so no need to panic yet.

Thats right. Life in the UK originals are usually returned by the NCS. They only keep photocopies.
