Could someone help me, please. I have submitted my application 2 weeks ago via NCS ( I havent received anything yet, and fees hasn't been taken. At NCS office They have gave me a tracking number for the post office to track the envelope with my application.

I have tried to track it and on post office website it says that it was delivered to 'our Warrington Delivery Office'. It doesn't really say that it was delivered to the Home Office. Is this normal ????

How do you know when your application has been delivered to UKBA???

Hi,

You need to wait for 8 weeks before you can request an update. I had the similar issue and this is what i was told. so be patient hopefully all will end well.

Nobody from the HO is going to call you, they will communicate via mail which is sent via 2nd class stamp. So takes even that little bit longer to get to you. You can change your landline provider without a worry about missing any calls from HO.

I received a letter from the Home Office today stating that there is a delay in implementing the necessary technical infrastructure to enable the US and the UK systems to communicate biometrics information, and that I would receive a written update no later than January 2016. This delay apparently impacts only US UKM claims.
