P.S. My G.P. filled up my exemption form for Life in U.K. Test but somehow Home Office didn’t like it hence asked for further obnoxious details. Therefore, I decided to take the test without any preparation due to lack of time. Which I passed in first attempt. Furthermore, my Local Council have advised me on the phone to wait until I receive my invitation letter and then I should apply only for ceremony. And I am intending to apply for the passport on same date through post.

Date passports received: Received the passports on 30/11/2017. My daughter's surname was spelt incorrectly on the passport. I was advised by Passport office customer service to submit the passport and the nationality certificate which has the correct name @liverpool passport office to rectify &re-issue the passport on the same day. Sumitted on 2nd December, unfortunately the officials who looks at the passport applications submitted via NCS wasn't working on the day. So they will correct and post it to us.

Date of passport received: After ceremony, no idea how long it takes (obviously I have travel plans on 22/12/2017 booked before I applied for this -well Christmas- and have to send my BRP soon. Passport hopefully will be received before then but they consistently saying that it will 21 days... You cant utilise their fast track services as it is a first passport application... Any one with the same experience?
