Date passports received: Received the passports on 30/11/2017. My daughter's surname was spelt incorrectly on the passport. Sumitted on 2nd December, unfortunately the officials who looks at the passport applications submitted via NCS wasn't working on the day. So they will correct and post it to us.

They changed my ceremony dates twice. The first time i was given 21/02/18. they then sent an email postponing it to 28/02/18 which is the last day that i must go through the ceremony according to the home office. When i questioned this they preponed my ceremony to 21/02/18. Probably trying to get me to pay for a private one, which i do not want to.

Took just under 3 months to approval. Online status "decision taken" appeared on 27/11, but approval letter received almost 3 weeks later dated 01/12
