My husband has obtained Citizenship.I have ILR. I want to know if i stay out of uk for 4 months period
Will i be able to apply for citizenship?.

There are absence limits applicable. No more than 270 days in the 3 years immediately preceding the application date and no more than 90 days in the preceding 12 months before the application date.

You were already advised in 2019 that you did not need to wait if he was British once you got ILR.

Please guide me for spouse application

I have ILR and want to apply for naturalisation. I want to know about the absence period. Do i have ti be uk in past 3 years on date of application. Like in 2020/2019/2018 i have to be in uk on date of application in these years?

And do i need to mention about my recent ILR APPLICAtion as well?

Can you also guide me about this document which is required to submit
Proof of freedom from immigration time restrictions
You must provide one of the following documents:
your passport showing you are able to remain permanently in the UK
other (for example, a letter from the Home Office, your BRP card or other proof of exemption from immigration control)

I only have BRP which sAys indefinate leave to remain till 2024

I have forgotten the detaila of previous immigration application(ILR)
And i am about to apply for naturalisation.
The details they ask are
Date of any previous apication(if known)
Date of biometric (if know)
Reference no of application (if known)

Please guide if they are very neccessary ?
