Please do not tag your questions onto other users topics. It is unfair to other posters and creates confusion when members respond.
* well firstly I would like to ask when I fill application for AN
do i need to fill British passport form as well at the same time.?
No. There is no longer a service where you can apply for both at the same time. You can only apply for the passport once the ceremony has been attended.
and I just seen I can fill the application AN online or paper form.
so I have started filling AN form now. please guide me what next I have to do.
Complete the online form, pay and select your UKCVAS service and centre to book an appointment.
* after filling form or online by printing how do I need to take appointment with UKVAS?
The end of the form will tell you what to do.

Does your spouse meet the requirement for citizenship based on 3 years residence and holding ILR, as your previous posts suggest she left the UK when she had ILR in 2012 and in 2016 you were asking about bringing her and family back to the UK??

thanks CR001

Yes I was asking her to bring UK back in 2016.

well my wife is back in oct 2016 since then she falls (spouse of british citizen) 3 years category.
because of her absenses since 2012 to 2016 i cannot apply for her in 5 years. so now she is continue
living in UK since oct 2016.
yes she is eligible for residence requirement less than 270 days in last 3 years.
and not more than 90 days in last year.

some more question as below:
* 1.17 please provide previous address in past 5 years.
I have written current address since 2016 till date.
Do i need to write previous address of India she where living.?

* do i need to apply from any solicitors or I can do my self?

* I lost the original letter for life in the UK. but luckily I found color copy of it which I saved digital in my laptop. can I attach that copy? and its asking 1.22 The test number is: ____________ (should i need to write Test Instance ID, which is written on right top corner side of letter.)?

* My wife completed bachelor degree from India and at the time of ILR we applied to qualify english language letter from UKNARIC. will this letter again same to attach.?
UKNARIC letter states - "The level of English language for the above degree course is considered to meet the requirements of CEFR level C1"

* Page 10 of AN form (Details of your Employment)
should I leave blank as she is not working any were since 2 years.
but she worked last 3 years ago should i still write the tax refenece number ot leave blank.
Employment history
while she was in UK she was on payroll but even she left UK she was still on payroll part time job
should I mention all in details.

* date and place of first arrival
should i write first time she came to UK in 2008 or she came in 2016 to leave continue with me.

2.2 it says to write details of absenses from UK in last 5 years or 3 years.
what should i write since 5 years or 3 years . i belive 3 years since she reside continues.
but how come they know and where should I mention this application to consider in 3 years as a spouse of british citizen.

* 6.13 date and place of fingerprint last taken.
We cannot remember will they ignore or we need to be correct with date and place.?

please share your knowledge I am looking forward for your help.
thanks

It’s very simple so not really.

(*) 1.17 please provide previous address in past 5 years.
I have written current address since 2016 till date.
Do i need to write previous address of India she where living.?

UK address is enough

(*) 1.22 The Test Number is: _______________

(should i need to write Test Instance ID, which is written on right top corner side of letter.)?

(*) can I attach colour copy or I need to find the original one ?

Documents are uploaded online. A copy should suffice for now.

I lost the original letter for LIFE IN THE UK test result. but luckily I found color copy of it which I saved digital in my laptop.

As above.

(*) What document need for English Language requirement?
My wife completed bachelor degree from India and at the time of ILR we applied to qualify english language letter from UKNARIC. will this letter again same to attach.?
(UKNARIC letter states - "The level of English language for the above degree course is considered to meet the requirements of CEFR level C1")

Should suffice.

(*) Page 10 of AN form (Details of your Employment)
should I leave blank as she is not working any were since 3 years.
but she worked last 3 years ago should i still write the tax refenece number or leave blank.
Employment history
while she was in UK she was on payroll but even she left UK she was still on payroll part time job
should I mention all in details.

If she’s unemployed now than state it.
She is required to state past 10 years work history
.

(*) date and place of first arrival
should I write first time she came to UK in 2008 or she came in 2016 to leave continue with me.

2008

2.2 it says to write details of absenses from UK in last 5 years or 3 years.
what should i write since 5 years or 3 years . i belive 3 years since she reside continues.
but how come they know and where should I mention this application to consider in 3 years as a spouse of british citizen.

3 years

(*) 6.13 date and place of fingerprint last taken.
We cannot remember will they ignore or we need to be correct with date and place.?

Ignore.. it’s an ‘if known’ question

The referee declaration form has a link pertaining to the size

State the obvious

Of course. You have to answer the question as asked.

In check list documents in last section:

Not sure. What does the check list and guidance say.
