Could you guys please help me with the below questions, and sorry in advance for the long post
I have received my ILR decision after 5 years of leave to enter on 26/07/2021, so I should be applying for neutralisation on 26/07/2022, is that correct ?
You could apply from then (of course it's up to you when you apply) - subject to you having been in country on the application five years ago.
5 years ago, in 2017 I was out of country from 29/07/2017 till 13/08/2017, this will not affect the 5 year qualification right?
Correct, except if your application date is delayed then it's best to apply after 13 August.
There's a question on neutralisation online application, if I have made previous immigration application, I have made the asylum application in 2015, should I include it or ignore it and say no ?
You should include ALL immigration (including asylum) applications you have made - this is not an optional requirement.
I can't remember the exact date of leaving the country and coming back, will that affect me? I already asked for Subject Access Request from HO, and the information there is not really helpful.
Put together your list of absences as best as you can, estimated dates are acceptable. If you are well within the allowed absence totals then shouldn't be an issue.
I should include all travels from July 2017 till July 2022, or do I have to include earlier dates and years?
Only five years absences, from 2017 on.
Proof that I have been in the UK for the past 5 years is required, what should I provide? I did not pay council tax since 2017 as my rent includes all bills, I can print out National insurance contribution that proves I have full years of contribution, will that help ? If not, what other document I may provide ?
Provide your passport(s) or Travel Document(s) covering the residency period - you don't need toprovide NI contributions, bills or statements.
Thank you in advance, your help much appreciated

To apply fir British citizenship i should have ILR for exactly 12 months, that’s why i will be applying on 26th of july because I received the decision on 26/07/2021.
As for my travel document, When the 5 years ended I had to renew the travel document and ghe Home office asked me to return the expired one, so now I have the new 2022 one but I have a digital copy for old one and i also have a digital copy of my old BRP, will that work as a proof of being in the country for 5 years ?
Thank you so much

Should be ok as you don't have a passport to show.
