If you applied through NCS, then you have a choice to submit both applications at the same time. However the council will hold your passport application until they have your approval letter.

Please desist from posting questions in the TIMELINE ONLY topic. Also, @U9060800 - please DO NOT give out incorrect advice. The council DO NOT 'hold' your passport application. Both citizenship and passport forms are sent to HO at the same time.
