Finally an update:
Telephoned HO to chase up our application on 12/1/17, told we will receive a call back in 3-5 working days, 2 days later we receive call from HO saying a decision hasn't been made yet.
Received Approval letter today dated 12/1/17, so our phonecall definitely got things moving.
