Please help with the GOOD CHARACTER

Good afternoon everyone


Please I need an advise about the good character to be precise ( PERSISTENT OFFENDER ).


1 Caution on 19/09/2007 common assault
2 caution on 23/10/2008 common assault
Battery charge on 07/11/2010
Sentenced on 15/02/2011 to 130 hours unpaid work plus £100 fine.
I did not have any legal status at that time
my Spouse visa was refused on 24/01/2010 after almost 15 months waiting.

Got my first leave on 09/06/2011 DL
Further leave on 10/07/2014 DL
ILR on 24/06/2017

Got arrested on 06/04/2017 for common assault No further action.
had a non molestation order against myself on 03/06/2019
got arrested for breach of non molestation order on 23/08/2019 but later found not guilty in the Crown court.

Technically my last criminal offence was over 10 years ago but I can get refused as a persistent offender.
My question do I have a chance in my naturalization application or should I forget about it as I can be classified as a persistent offender.
