Proof of Freedom from Immigration Time Restrictions

Hi,
My wife on ILR is applying for Naturalisation (3 years route married to a British Citizen). The application form requires "proof of freedom from immigration time restrictions". I am wondering can she use her ILR card as proof.

It is the ilr brp card!!
