Question about British passport application

I just want to ask a question related to British passport application.

I understand the original of my Certificate of Neutralization need to be submitted with my application. Will IPS return the certificate to me after passport is issued or they will keep it.

It will be returned.

It will be returned via Second class post.

In guidelines it was mentioned to opt for secure delivery of your original documents with an extra charge.
